The quantity at first seems less when you open the packet, but these noodles absorb water and become plump (as they should). They weren't sticky,I didn't have to use even a little bit of oil to make them stop sticking. I loved the taste so much!I've been a loyal customer of Masterchow whole-wheat noodles but I never liked the texture they had after cooking. They used to get very soggy and sticky within minutes. But these noodles stayed apart even after 1 hour of cooking them.
