The reason it is not a 5 is because it does not roll smoothly, and makes noise. I bought it so it will move me from point a to point b. I sit a during the day, because my legs are injured thus keeping me from walking. I did not want it to damage the floor at work, and it does not do that so that is good. I just really do not like it causing my chair to vibrate, and make noise.
