PT and meds did not help but this pillow did! Even if you turn onto your back its still supportive and doesn't put your neck into an awkward position. It's soft cover comes off for regular washing and the zipper is smooth and on top so it doesn't come into contact with me much. It can make it warmer to sleep so I just use a top sheet most of the time.
