Diverter pull tab solid.Note: We recommend you turn off shower water first, then push diverter tab on spout down each time so no leaking water and easy release down.Complaint: Directions are lacking on an install step. We did not know the order of the washers.HERE is the Missing Instruction: Step & order: Metal clamp goes in first inside the water spout, next insert white poly washer, third insertblack rubber seal ring, then 2nd white washer facing you. You can insert the washers with needle nose pliers.
