No problems until he was diagnosed with dementia. About 6 months ago we begin to have leakage problems. After searching for solutions all that time, even having a nurse to come help me. I found these and they are wonderful. easy enough for him to use but keeps the leakage contained. I am not having to wash sheets every day or clothes several times a day. The pads also help eliminate odors which is a blessing.
