On top of that, the display voltage never appeared. It is so easy to test at the factory to make sure the product works that there is no excuse for an 'out of box' failure for any simple electronic device.Updated: I've updated my review to three stars based on excellent customer service. They contacted me and sent me a new unit and refunded my money on the first unit.
