I gave it a 5 as it is a great mascara. The formula is cruelty free, with a great range of colors. I really like the Ultramarine Blue. It is a darker Navy and make you eyes look brighter.It applies easily and is not too wet or dry, is not too clumpy and wears well for me. I haven't had smudging or flaking. With a perfect for me brush, It would be a 5 star rating and I plan to buy again. This is the best mascara, I have found in years.
