This Aerial is a fully waterproof omni-directional portable digital Freeview DVB-T Antenna that is only 5" tall but provides the best portable indoor and outdoor reception we have seen and is a huge favourite with our UK caravan and motorhome customers. Unlike ugly extendable antennas and so called active aerials this portable TV & DAB antenna is a passive (so no extra power connection required) plug and play antenna requiring no extra installation, just plug it in, position it on your roof and enjoy quality digital TV reception. As it is omni-directional it will pick up the majority of channels without the need to keep moving it around. It is fully waterproofed to IP 68 so it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Tried this as an indoor aerial on a house tv and it wasn’t very good at all, but testing it on the Narrowboat, which is what it was bought for, it was pretty good! Picked up loads of channels when travelling along the canal so I’m hopeful it’ll work well next year when we’re on holiday! If all else fails we can tape it to the pole for extra height , which seems to be what’s needed along the canal network.
