The single sensing zone sensor is equivalent to a dual-port variable resistor whose resistance value is controlled by pressure, and it is also equivalent to a switch with a certain threshold value, which is determined by the pressure and the equipment parameter setting. RP-L flexible film pressure-sensitive sensor is composed of polyester film with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, highly conductive materials and nano-scale pressure-sensitive materials. The top layer is a flexible film and a pressure-sensitive layer composite on it, and the bottom layer is a flexible film and composite on it Conductive circuit. The two are attached by double-sided adhesive tape and the sensing area is isolated. When the sensing region is compressed, the lines disconnected from each other at the bottom layer will be conducted through the pressure-sensitive layer of the top layer, and the resistance output value of the port changes with the pressure. I was initially worried about soldering them for my project as their so small but they work REALLY well for pressure static pressure sensors and hoping they hold up for a long time as they look to be very well made. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ok for the price *by R***E on July 10, 2025* Functions ok, but is cheaply made. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice set of FSR's *by J***. on January 30, 2024* Will be using these with a ESP32 to add additional automation in the house to take action (turn on bedroom TV, dim bedroom lights, turn off other lights in the house, etc.) depending on whether one of us or both of us get into bed. Tested them with Arduino and they work great, just need to wire them up to an ESP32 get the automations in place.
