I had compromised my skin barrier using a rice peel and needed to spend a week focused entirely on rebuilding it without any actives. When I looked through my collection of MEDIHEAL toner pads, this one with the Icelandic glacial water made the most sense for my barrier repair. Every single night I'd place 4 MEDIHEAL Watermide Toner Pads on my face, 2 on my forehead and 1 on each cheek, and use them as a moisture mask. My skin bounced back so quickly. I'm a huge fan of how fast my barrier recovered. I also really appreciate that these MEDIHEAL pads have no artificial colors or fragrances because that helps my sensitive skin heal faster and means less irritation. Cons: The main drawback is the square shape, which makes it hard to place exactly where I want on my face so that every area gets covered the way an actual sheet mask would. I end up having some areas that aren't as well saturated as others. The other issue is the tweezers that come attached to the top of the lid.
