I was hesitant to order this initially since I hadn’t heard of the brand. But I looked them up online and found their website and it seems to be formulated by a doctor/nutritionists. I decided to give it a try since it seems like a pure supplement without any toxic excipients. So far, so good. I’ve been experiencing good effects in the bathroom as I’m usually someone who has a tendency to get backed up, but not since I started taking this. I’m taking the full dose of 3 capsules per day, one with each meal.
