Review: It's a yes! - This drowsys me up in about 30 min and puts me right to sleep. It doesn't keep me asleep all night, it allows me to get up and pee but then I'm able to drift back off to sleep. The side affects of the ashwaganda, l-theanine, and the few other ingredients that helps with calm, have lowered my cortisol. Which has ultimately been awesome! Give it a try.

it is very effective, it works within one hour and I have already felt the urge to sleep. I can tell my sleep improved a lot. I am able to dream again. and the next day I feel I have more energy and I don't feel headache. in the past when I had sleeping issue or cannot have deep sleep, my heart feels tiring during the day, after taking this supplement, I don't have this issue. I have anxiety and sometimes I woke up in the middle of the night and start worrying my kid's health, but now I can fall back to sleep a bit easier and feeling less anxious. over all this is a good product. I tried others but they all gave me different problem.
