Taking melatonin orally for me doesn’t work for me and some of the other sleep patches I’ve tried do nothing for me. I’m so glad I found these because they actually work!! Sometimes, if I know its’ going to be hard to sleep, I will put 1 patch on cut another one in half and wear both. Sometimes I’ll just use the other half of the patch on nights wear I don’t think I will need it to get to sleep but the half is to keep me asleep. I never feel tired the next day with this type of melatonin delivery. I’m done with the melatonin gummies, they seem to be just filled with sugar and that doesn’t help my sleep. These sleep patches stay on all night. I seem to dream more when I use these patches, which I actually like. Sleep is so important to me, and some of the prescriptions I take mess with my sleep. The sleep patches are always by my bedside because if I’m not wearing one and I wake up in the middle of the night it's great to slap on a patch and go back to bed. Had great hopes that they would but was very disappointed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ sleep patch even better than before love them *by G***G on August 17, 2023* So I have been using these sleep patches for almost a year and notice on the new travel packs they added aswagandha and valerian root. They are amazing. I have insomnia and struggle with staying asleep. Sometimes I need two patches. I like to wear the zen patches an hour before i go to sleep. Then right before bed I put on a sleep patch and I have been getting about 1-2 hours more of sleep. I wear a ring on my finger that measures the amount of sleep I get and my good sleep patterns are going way up. I struggle with anxiety of not sleeping and sometimes I’m not consistent with my patch routine and I can see in the data that it clearly affects my sleep patterns. I have used other products and don’t get the same results as I do with these sleep aid patches. I also notice I have more energy when I get a little more sleep. When I take oral melatonin I wake up feeling foggy and don’t feel that with these sleeping patches. I just think taking melatonin transdermal is just a better delivery for my body. I listen to sleep pod casts and agree with everything they day but I think they maybe don’t know about the transdermal sleep patches because they are the best thing I have found as part of a healthy alternative to sleeping pills that destroy the liver and messy with your brain. Anyway just wanted to share my thoughts as it has taken me a long time to dial in these patches and the best way to use them !!
