The new part was a straight copper tubing the required it to be bent for correct fitting in order for us to replace it.I’ve never used anything like it before, but I did know from experience that I couldn’t just bend copper tubing without collapsing and rendering it useless.Needless to say, it was the first time I’ve used a tool like this and it served its purpose with little difficulty. It did require time and a learning curve, but it didn’t take long!I did like the 3different size options available on one tool.
