Review: I love it! Convenient, easy to use; user friendly; used 6 months... so far so good! - I love it! Use it for both carpet & hardwood as well as bathroom tile & kitchen laminate. (everything) Has turbo mode for extra suction if needed (but drains battery quick so only use it if necessary) I also use it on the stairs by disconnecting the long handle and attaching the upper part to the lower part. I vacuum more often since I got this (its fun!) Also love the light to see dust. Been using it for 6 months; no issues yet!
Review: Initally a problem. Customer service quickly remedied the problem. We love the vaccum - We did a decent amount of research on purchasing a small stick vac for quick cleanups around the house. Based on recommendations from third-party review websites and other publications, we decided to order this DREME R20 vacuum. Everything worked wonderfully the first time we used it but the second time I used it just a day or 2 later it did not work properly. Unfortunately, we could find a link to contact someone for warranty information in the manual and they’re were no links on the desertcart listing. I will return to update this review if I hear back from the manufacturer or a complete an exchange. ***UPDATE*** April 12, 29299 My first review was frustrating but honest review. The next morning I received a phone call from DREAME Customer Service after reading my desertcart review. They offered what I felt was a genuine apology for our frustration. They spent a few minutes trouble shooting the Vacuum and determined it could not be fixed. They offered to replace it with the model above it in the lineup, a Z20. The replacement was here within 3 days and they paid shipping both ways. The primary difference with the upgraded model is the sucking power. We have done lots of testing and so far the replacement has worked perfectly. It has all of the same accessories. Despite the problems with the first vacuum the excellent customer service more than made up for the hassle Customer Service followed up with a call a couple of days after we received the replacement to confirm it was working well. I feel stupid , I was upset I could not find a customer service phone number but when I went to repack the broken unit, there was the owners manual with the Custom Service service phone number right on the front of the manual. Customer Service called again a week later to check with us that we were we were happy with the replacement, which we are.. We were unlucky to get one that didn’t work but the superior customer service more than made up for it. We love the vacuum, it is light, powerful and with all of the attachments there isn’t anywhere in the house it wont go. From 1 Star to 5 Stars because of uncommonly pleasant, professional and genuine Customer Service.

### ⭐ Very short battery life

Had this vacuum a total of 36 hours before we decided to return it. Do not let anyone fool you, it only works for maybe 20 minutes at a time and takes almost 4 hours to charge fully. Forget about using the full power mode or you will only get 10 minutes tops. The automatic suction reducing option is very annoying when trying to use the crevice tools. Constantly turning the motor on and off to reset it. Has potential to be a great vacuum. Thought the light on the head was going to be a joke until I used it. It really does help see the dust. Has great suction at full power and could be something special if only it had a longer battery life.
