Having spent so much on the iPad I thought it best to buy something to protect it but did not want to spend a huge amount on it; so I browsed all the various offerings on amazon, particularly those offered to use my prime membership and able to deliver on the same day as I expected my iPad to arrive. This case struck me as being a good match.Although advertised as Leather, I do have my doubts. But I still give it full stars because of the personal touch with the email, the offer to take up the five year guarantee with Charles Parker (which I will be doing), the fit the case has with the iPad Air 2, its classy look and feel and most particularly its price. Would definitely recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality all round *by D***S on 14 December 2016* Haven't actually used it yet as the Ipad for which it is for is a Christmas present, but this case certainly oozes quality.The leather is super and the construction well made.I chose the Cavendish navy Blue colour which also has a quality look to rather than bright and garish.So well pleased even though not yet using it.Update. Am now using this case with my new I-pad Air 2. It fits perfectly having all the necessary cut outs in the right place and of the correct size to easily press buttons etc.A side flaps tucks under the tablet so as it cannot fall out accidentally.The case feels right when it is on and certainly looks quality.It may not be emblazened with any Apple logo but that surely is a good point? I certainly like and recommend this case. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality iPad Air case *by A***X on 23 April 2016* The case is made of quality materials and is well finished. Was a little unsure at first if it was genuine leather, a label or stamp saying Real /Genuine Leather is usual to reassure. The edges of the leather are sealed which gives them a plasticky appearance, and it has a bit of a shine. However, I have now used it for a few days and am convinced it IS genuine. There is a faint leather smell, the grain shows variation and it has a soft supple feel. Onto the features, it holds ipad air securely with a snug fit, while the fabric lining inside shouldn't mark or wear it. The smart open/close works, the stand is good for landscape viewing and it has a useful strap for secure one handed ipadding. Around the edges where it is stiched forms a lip which offers great protection from drops but also lead to my only minor gripe, which is that buttons and ports are a little difficult to use. They aren't covered, but can be a bit fiddly, especially the volume buttons.
