The packaging was unsealed. Neither was the box sealed, it was broken from the sides. Nor was the tube sealed. I wished for a replacement for one that was properly sealed. Its a great cream that I had previously ordered from Amazon and had no issues. Its expensive so one wants to be sure that the item has not been tampered with. Amazon just washed its hands off the issue point blank. The seller sent a message that it was checking its cctv footage. And then went silent. I use a glow recipe serum under this & a sunscreen over it & that combo really works well to keep my skin hydrated & fresh looking. Great price point too.
