I use herb guard jars to seal my herb in. Hope this helps **Q: How long to leave in a jar with 2 ounces of herb?** A: I buy a half oz normally and what ive noticed is the stones get the herb a bit to moist at first but after a day in the jar I left the stone in and it keep the hydration level perfect. So sort awnser leave it in the jar with the lid open for a couple over hours, then seal **Q: Is it reusable?** A: Yes. I soak mine in cold tap water for 15 minutes every morning, then pat it dry on a paper towel. Then toss it in to my pre made cigarettes all day.
