I've yet to see a visible difference but I'm close to finishing my first bottle. These have a fairly high dose of biotin and not much going for it with collagen so we'll see if it does anything for hair. I love the flavor of these gummies as they're sweet and citrusy. I really enjoy the texture as they don't stick to my teeth. When it comes to gummies I can't stand when they get gloopy and sticky to every crevice.
