I’m 5’1” and about 136 lbs and bought a small- I washed it before trying it on (regular wash, warm water) and it fit pretty well though kind of tight in the chest and I’m only a 36B. The material is some sort of polyester-cotton blend and not terribly soft but it’s fairly lightweight while not see through.
