The leather is a little stiff but I'm sure it will soften up over time. The sizing (mine are 9.5) is a little small so they're a tad tighter than I would like. I wear them all day but slip them off from time to time when I'm at my desk. I'm thinking (hoping) that the leather will soften up just a little and they'll be a bit more comfortable.They're good shoes for the price. Kind of a mixture of classic and contemporary styling. The shoes came within the expected shipping time and were well-packaged in an original manufacturer's box. They looked even better than I had expected. The leather is soft and the sole is flexible and they are nicely stitched and finished. They fit beautifully and have been so comfortable that I have been able to wear them right out of the box without a breaking in period. The heel is snug on my foot, unlike some other shoes I have tried that were styled similarly. My wife and friends commented on how much they like them. I wish all of my shoes fit as well as these do.
