Review: Nice variety of very sharp knives - I bought these knives on sale for 29.00 from desertcart. They are well worth the cost so far. There is a nice variety of knives for all cooking purposes. A chef's knife, and nice little paring knife, a slightly larger utility knife, a japanese chopping knife, a slicer and a bread knife. The blades are nice and sharp. Easily resharpened. The steel seems high quality. The handles are light, and a little larger than I would prefer. I added a couple pics of a Wusthof chef's knife for comparison. The handle on these is substantially larger. I have small hands so after a couple hours of cutting I was getting a sore hand. But they work great. Look really nice too. Each knife comes with a sheath. I hand wash mine. Happy with purchase and recommend these if you are looking for a nice looking and nice working knife set that will meet all of your cutting, chopping and slicing jobs in the kitchen. update- not sure why my review has been hidden, but as an update to the knife purchase, these knives are holding up great, staying sturdy in the handle and easy to sharpen.
