I was only able to use it for a bit because my stretch was almost at max when used. Would highly recommend to make one bigger as I'm reading other reviews from different brands they say the same thing. Go from size 26 to 38 from looking at the sizes from the rings. Rings hurt when putting them on. Even tho I was only able use this product for a short amount of time.
