Review: Your other daily use, kitchen knives will fail the test! - I feel like such a pro in the kitchen with this knife!! I have several sizes of kitchen knives that do the job okay for most things, but this one is 150% SHARPER! Now I get why professional chefs have/keep their own knives they hold dear. This one cuts with precision through everything I've used it on for meal prepping. For the 1st time I actually fileted several large chicken breasts, neatly & evenly (applause😁)... Cut through them with ease like buttah!! I even used it as a bread knife after testing it to my actual bread knife & discovered cutting fresh baked sourdough bread shouldn't be a chore! It glides through whole watermelons, raw potatoes, onions, beets, whole carrots; chopping, dicing, julianne cuts etc. Makes fast work of removing sinewy fat off beef & pork cuts too. Has a good, solid handle that is easy to grip & comes with a protective 'sleeve' to slide the sharp edge in.... Did I mention this knife is sharp?? My other knives can't cut butter compared to this knife🥴
Review: Nice knife, good steel, comes very sharp - Very reasonably priced for a vg10 core+damascus cladding. Ergonomics are pretty decent, and it seems to be quite solidly built. The weight was a little heavy and was expecting it to be a bit thinner as it's for slicing veggies. But... it chops really well, and comes super sharp out of the box. The only knocks I can give it, are it's a bit heavier, and the wood choice on the handle seems a bit cheap, but in the end, it's a knife, and it's meant to cut, and it does so very well. No more accordian peeling bits apart after cutting veggies because the blade is flat when it hits the cutting board. It was nice that it came with a plastic blade guard too, so if you store it in a drawer its safe, and keeps the blade sharp.

A: There are a little grommets at the bottom silver and color that you can unscrew and then clean with a damp sponge

A: Without the knives: about 8 1/2 in
With knives: about 13 1/2 in

**Q: Does the black come off when you sharpen the knives?**
A: I just sharpen two knives from this set. yes, the black coating does come off if it contacted whetstone. Also, I found these knives are not the easiest to be sharpen.

Very reasonably priced for a vg10 core+damascus cladding. Ergonomics are pretty decent, and it seems to be quite solidly built. The weight was a little heavy and was expecting it to be a bit thinner as it's for slicing veggies. But... it chops really well, and comes super sharp out of the box.
