They have rated bolts and that may or may not be necessary. CAUTION TO RETRAX owners: Retrax tonneau covers have only 4 points of attachment to secure them from removal. Only the rear 2 can accommodate 2 clamps. The clamps can be placed in tandem, but the forward attachment points have teflon screws that allow only 1 clamp each to be attatched. Other access points only clamp the plastic to your bed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than the originals *by D***S on June 25, 2024* Very solid, stay aligned during install, and are easily finger tightened to the point where they hold the rail up while you get out the ratchet.
