They are gelatin pills.  So confused. Thought I was getting actual fermented soy beans. Is this fernented soy bean powder in a capsule?!!

～Wikipedia引用～国立循環器病研究センターでは、納豆菌が発酵過程でビタミンKを生成するため、ワーファリンなどの抗凝固薬を処方されている循環器系患者の納豆摂取を厳禁としている。さらに、アスピリンを服用している場合は脳内出血のリスクを増加させる可能性もある。なお、血栓溶解作用や血液サラサラ効果があるとする者もいるが、納豆を経口摂取した場合について病理的に有効な研究報告はない。特に心疾患の予防については科学的に証明されていないので、代替医療としては避けるべきである。以上を踏まえて気休めにでも試したい方にはおすすめです。

この値段でナットーキナーゼの含有量が多いのはいいと思います。納豆１パックで１５００FUで、推奨が1日２０００FUなので私は１日１粒飲んでいます。納豆を毎日食べるのは結構大変なので、とても重宝しています。
