Inalso find that snail mucin helps soothe existing breakouts and heal them in a way that minimizes scarring. I’ve used a lot of snail products and few have disappointed me. This one is great in terms of the performance; it’s an excellent hydrator for the driest areas of my face, and has not broken me out once. It’s a fine product overall, but I can’t get past the slimy texture and found myself using other products just because it weirded me out so much. It’s hard to even open because as soon as you lift the lid, long strings of slime stick to it and get everywhere. It’s just as messy and awkward applying it to your face.
