They still fit, but to me they are more true to size. If you usually have a wider foot, I would definitely recommend a half size up, but expect a little bit of toe room. They have a decent arch support, not to drastic if you have flat feet, and if you have a good arch, they're low enough in the shoe you probably won't feel it.
