It is amazing that something so small will very quickly morph into pretty much a standard size sponge. I'm using it for dishwashing, and I think it's going to replace my Dobie; it holds an amazing amount of dishwashing liquid. I'm using half the dishwashing liquid that I would use with the Dobie and sometimes I don't even have to add more to the sponge when I go to wash a second set of dishes. I suppose the only downside is it doesn't have a scrubbing side, but since I tend to soak dishes that need scrubbing, this is a non-issue.The sponges have a "grabby" texture which takes some getting used to, but I think it's a plus.
