## Features

- 【Thermostat Backplate】Cover plates are designed specifically for that thermostat (and the Prestige IAQ that has the same footprint) assembly work with thermostats (RTH9580WF, RTH9585WF1004, TH9320WF5003). Use the THP2400A1027 cover plate assembly to cover marks on the wall or to mount the thermostat to a 2"X4" electrical box.
- 【Wall Plate Size】The THP2400A1027 cover plate assembly contains two cover plates (small and large). Small backplate: 5-33/64x4-21/64; Large backplate:6-7/8x5.
- 【New Thermostat Installation】Mount cover plate directly to wall- cutting the power, yanking the newly installed thermostat back off the wall, unhooking all the wires and unscrewing the mounting plate, and then adding the cover plate, lining up the mounting plate on the cover plate, and reattaching everything. Please refer to the enclosed manual.
- 【Cover Up Wall Imperfections】When the old thermostat was removed from the wall, there was no paint underneath; therefore, parts of the unpainted wall would be visible when the new thermostat was installed. Our back plates work perfectly to cover the unpainted portion of the wall. Highly recommend it for a clean look during an upgrade.
- 【Package Included】 Thermostat Trim kit is included two cover plates(small and large), one bracket, two#6-32 x 5/8 flat head screws and two#6-32 x 1/4 pan head screws. If you have any questions about the thermostat wall plate cover, Please feel free to contact us, We will provide professional solutions for you.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For Honeywell 9000
*by D***W on December 28, 2024*

The Honeywell 9000 is a weird size so chances are you’ll need this cover plate or repaint the wall. Fit and finish are excellent.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product!
*by J***S on February 17, 2025*

Works perfectly, arrived fast

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wide, but not tall.
*by R***S on June 3, 2023*

I recently replaced a vertically shaped rectangle thermostat with a horizontally shaped rectangle thermostat. This caused the paint underneath the old thermostat to show above the new one.The larger plate did not cover the approximately 2" difference in shape between new and old, but I was able to elongate the hole in the drywall and shift the hole thermostat assembly up to give a finished appearance. This was a lot easier than repainting the wall, and it looks good. This set of two plates will work well in many applications with some slight adjustments of thermostat mounting location.
