What's so nice is that the brace doesn't ride up or become loose - it stays put, and I love that. Now do be advised, that depending on your age (I'm 75), it is not as easy to get this thing on both shoulders unless you are a younger age. As we age, most (but not necessarily all) tend to stiffen up a bit, and I know that for me, I had to lay the dual shoulder brace on the bed while bending backwards and getting my harms simultaneously through both the arm slots (kind of like putting on a jacket). Standing up, while doing this, would have been impossible. And when it comes to taking this brace off, most of you will require another person to help with its removal - I most certainly did.
