It's like the battery is dead?UPDATE: I found out, after I dropped the iBeacon, that it activates through very hard movement, like a drop indeed! I'm now able to change settings and use it normally. There is a company support service, and they respond pretty quickly, but i found their answers pretty useless. they just refer you to the documentation which has already failed to answer your questions.Update: I did finally get it working.
