A pair of them fits perfectly in part of my resmed case with a neoprene mousepad between them for padding. Reliable, easy to use, and outputs pure sine. A pair of these is so much more useful than a single larger battery. Each one is good for about 12 hours of use, so 3 days at ~8hrs a night with a quick plug swap at 2am or 4 days at ~6hrs/night.
