A: We're not from Fulton Fish Market. We're DIRECT fish buyers, purchasing from specialized boat/fishing families. With 20+ years of expertise, we're aligned with the best for each species, making us the ultimate choice

**Q: Do your whole fish come cleaned and gutted?**
A: Yes! We clean and gut our whole fish with the exception of smaller fish, such as sardines or anchovies, as these fish are too small.

**Q: Does your lobster come cooked?**
A: Yes, our lobster meat is cooked to perfection before we pick, pack, and ship your order, all in the same day!

**Q: Do your meat products ship fresh or frozen?**
A: Our meat products are shipped frozen.
