La resistencia que ofrece en el agua es muy buena, se nota el trabajo extra en cada brazada y patada, lo cual ayuda bastante a fortalecer y mejorar la técnica. El material se siente resistente y flota bien, sin perder forma incluso con uso constante. En definitiva, es un accesorio práctico, cómodo de llevar y que cumple bien su función doble. Lo recomiendo si entrenas natación de forma regular y quieres simplificar tu equipo sin sacrificar calidad de entrenamiento.
