Please** A: No, not unless you are in a really bad area. If I can't get a signal through my caravan roof mounted aerial that goes via the on-board booster, I'll disconnect it and run this aerial direct to TV. Not had to run it through the booster yet. Just remember that the Vision Plus can be run Vertical or Horizontal just by removing the top screw and turning it 90 degrees. **Q: What does the β€˜4g’ mean and do?** A: 4G is now included in on aerial marketing to denote it has 4G signal (Mobile Phone frequencies) filtering. It means it will filter out those mobile frequencies after the authorities decided to reduce the TV frequency bandwidth it broadcasts at to help make space for the Mobile Phone frequency bandwidths. If you get Mobile Phone frequencies being broadcast too, it will cause interference on your TV aerial. So these have built in filters. **Q: What height is the mast?** A: It can extend to about 12 ft **Q: can you stick this on the side of a motorhome** A: I think you could as long as the side of motor home is flat. One only has to stick two brackets on the side in alignment (adhesive is provided on the bracket) then the pole with aerial on the top just clips into place. Remove pole before leaving the site. It's a good aerial I'm a poor reception area. Good luck and happy roaming. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Fixing not adequate *by M***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 June 2021* The aerial works perfectly, the only thing that causes a problem is the clamp that fixes to the motorhome is only designed to fit onto the bottom stantion of the aerial pole ie one inch diameter. The diagram shows the bracket fixed to the third pole up , this is only about half an inch in diameter, causing the pole to rattle. I phoned the manufacturer ( Vision Plus ) who were no help, basically said that is the way it is tough. They gave me no solution to the problem. I suggested a solution to this but were not interested.
