High/low setting switch is opposite of instructions. When using on 110 volts, the heating element is diminished (slow to heat and produce steam). If you don't need dual voltage capability, there are better options.Updated review. I was contacted by the vendor who offered a free replacement or refund without requiring returning item. Great customer service. 5☆. ### ⭐⭐ Not my favorite *by L***R on October 1, 2018* Don’t get in a hurry.... this takes about 10 minutes (the previous version heated up very quickly) to begin steaming. By the time it does you have to add more water and wait a bit more for that water to heat up.. when it finally begins working it works ok. It'll be great for travel. It takes a bit longer to steam a garment than bigger or more powerful steamers, but it gets the job done.
