Truth be told I have not had them that long but I stand by this assessment. The added comfort of the memory foam insoles definitely add to the overall comfort of these shoes. As someone who suffers with lower back pain I find these shoes to help me feel like I am walking on air. The bottom of these shoes have some great traction, almost like have spikes. The real test came for me when I went golfing with them on and not once did my feet and back feel sore. I highly recommend these shoes. Fortunately, Amazon made this a breeze. It was strange because I normally buy Sketchers, and my last pair was a 10 1/2, but it didn't fit this time. The size 11 fits like a glove.The shoe is very comfortable and has been very durable. I've been wearing them daily for months and there is little to no scoffing and no other wear-and-tear. They are as comfortable as most other shoes for a day of heavy walking, but you might want to switch shoes afterwards.The tongue does tend to fold easily and stuff itself under the laces, so it must be held up when putting on shoes. This is a minor complaint, and probably wouldn't happen if I actually untied/re-tied the shoes, but it's worth mentioning.
