I would not have been able to do it without the heating/cooling packs or the nipple balm. I suggest getting two pairs of the heating/cooling packs so that you have a room temperature pair you can put in the microwave before pumping and a pair that’s kept in the freezer to use after. That’s what I’ve been doing and it’s fantastic. The heat helps get the milk flowing and the cold helps sooth after. The nipple balm is great for putting on before pumping because it acts as a lubricant so that there’s no soreness and you can increase the suction level on your pump which in turn increases milk production. If you are going to be pumping or know a mom who will be pumping, you have to get this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soothing *by N***B on September 11, 2024* OMG!! These have come in handy while I learned how to breastfeed. Super easy to use just pop in the freezer then place in the sleeve. The sleeve even snaps into a cone shape to fully cup your breast!!! I typically use them at night and they provide a few hours of relief. Highly recommend them for anyone new to breastfeeding. It chills super fast in freezer and helps SO MUCH for clogged ducts. It also is easy in the microwave. Size and shape are great. The fabric cover is nice. My babe had a few gassy nights and instead of buying a $30 “gripe belt” to apply gentle warmth to her tiny belly these things worked perfect.
