Review: Lovely Ladybugs! - I ordered the 1500 count of Ladybugs. They came fairly quickly considering where they are coming from! They were delivered to our package box and I didn’t know they were in there until the following day. They were out there through part of the day and overnight! I thought for sure they would all be dead. They weren’t!! I immediately put them into the fridge. Then I wasn’t able to put them out in the garden for a few days. I was so pleasantly surprised when I took them from the fridge to use that there wasn’t 1 dead lady bug in the whole bag!!! Every single one, ALIVE!! I also put them in my plants In my plant room. I’m so pleased with my purchase that I’m about to order 1500 more! Thanks for the healthy bugs!

A: They're American ladybugs. I collect them and breed them in the state of CA.

**Q: I live in Chicago. Will they survive the brutal winter? Hibernate, migrate or die?**
A: They hibernate. They might end up under a porch or trying to get into your house for the winter.

**Q: Will these breed and come back next year?**
A: They have not returnedannually, for me. If you feed them as directed they will immediately breed and stay for the duration of the growing season, even through fall. Don't release all at once for best results.

**Q: It is very hot here. Do they adapt well to the extreme heat? (Upper 90s)**
A: They were dead on arrival since it’s in the 100s here in northern Calif

All arrived healthy and VERY alive! Native ladybugs, not the invasive Asian ones. Absolutely amazing. They took off in the soil/up my plants as they should. Definitely recommend releasing at dusk at the bottom of plants/into soil so they don't fly away lol so don't open shake bag. Definitely recommend 5 stars. Great healthy product!
