The Home Tile Center did a truly amazing job packaging the product. We did have three that broke out of the entirety of the 3 cases we ordered. They where handled severely and poorly delivered by FedEx. I notified the Home Tile Center, provided pictures of FedEx's damage to the package and they sent replacement immediately for our project.
