Review: Bigger than expected - The product does fit a majority of my windshield and blocks the sun great. The product does come in a small case and its a bit girthy and doesn't want to be protected. To shrink the girth of the product it comes with a black Velcro lanyard which helps shrinks it, but the girth is to great for the casing.
Review: Does not handle Texas heat - Review is for a 2012 E Class Mercedes. I used to have another sun visor that reflected the heat very well, so I feel I am able to critique this one. Deploying this is awkward to say the least. If you have anything installed on the windshield, like a car camera, or phone mount, it just does not work. It is too awkward to try and slip it over or under the contraption and the "umbrella" rods slip out easily from the material. I had to remove my camera to make it work and cover the windshield tightly. After 4 hours in the Texas sun with outside temps around 86F, I got in the car and instantly flinched when I touched the steering wheel. It was scorching hot as without the shade. The cabin was also hot as usual. Removing the shade was equally awkward because it does not collapse nicely like an umbrella. It becomes a mangled mess, and again the rods slip out easily. Having a short lunch, I ended up tossing the mess on the passenger floor to deal with it later. Needless to say, I will be returning it once I can sort it out and put it back in the original form... 🙄 UPDATE: I was never able to put it back into its original collapsed form and after a coworker tried to help me, we ended up shoving it into the sheath haphazardly, because it just would not behave. It was like a whack-a-mole, when we folded one section properly, the next one fell apart... frustrating. We had many laughs, but that was really the only positive thing about this product.

**Q: Does it cover full window of Dodge grand caravan?**
A: I bought it to fit my SUV. I'm sure my Kia windshield is much smaller than a Grand Caravan.

**Q: Does this work for 2014 Ford Escape Titanium Edition windshields? I know they're longer in length top to bottom....**
A: We are using them in a Volvo XC70 which is a pretty big windshield. We have also used it in our RV that is a Coachman Crossfit which is built on a Ford 350 Transit van. This is a large window also. The umbrella shade is a little awkward to maneuver past the dashboard but we really like them.

Review is for a 2012 E Class Mercedes. I used to have another sun visor that reflected the heat very well, so I feel I am able to critique this one. Deploying this is awkward to say the least. If you have anything installed on the windshield, like a car camera, or phone mount, it just does not work. It is too awkward to try and slip it over or under the contraption and the "umbrella" rods slip out easily from the material.
