This steamer works wonderfully! It heats up quickly and removes wrinkles fast, making it very convenient for everyday use. I was impressed with how smoothly it works and how little effort it takes. Utter JUNK, do NOT buy!!! I bought this in Aug of 2024...it sat in the box unused until I pulled it out to steam some items I needed for xmas decor.....nope...did NOT work. I read all instructions, etc. and noticed a video on here that showed same issue I am having with mine...when you go to steam, it makes some weird knocking sound and zero steam comes out. I am SO sick of manufacturers getting away with these crap products, lesson learned, I will try stuff out immediately so I can return it!!!
