For a crunchy, lightly sweet and still somehow satisfying snack, totally worth the 70 calories. If you drink water with this you also have the benefit of feeling full longer! The cranberries add a nice fruity and tangy bite and the puffs remind me of the 'sweetened crunchy rice rolls'. The almonds were barely noticeable which I appreciated because I wanted the focus to be on the other flavors. Overall I really enjoyed this, slightly messy but nothing a hand below your mouth when you take a bite can't help. It doesn't crumble into a million pieces like some reviews seem to suggest, it's more like you will probably have a few rice puffs seperate and fall when you take a bite but that's hardly a thing worth complaining about in my opinion. They aren't super syrupy and stuck together like a rice crispy treat, and I'm glad they aren't! I feel like I'm still eating something reasonably healthy but not like I'm intentionally torturing myself when I eat these, it's the pleasant kind of healthy tasting. I'm trying to cut calories and this is something I can see myself still happy to snack on if I met my goal weight which is great. These would probably also be good for if you don't like to eat much in the morning, due to them being light tasting. They would likely also be good to keep around for if you are ever nauseous and want to eat something inoffensive and grain / carb / crunchy focused.
