So not only did I receive a non-functioning product, but it actually made my situation worse by deflating my perfectly good tyre in the process. I was left with no way to pump it back up again and couldn't use my bike at all. For a product that's supposed to solve a problem, this created a much bigger one. The pump appears to have a fundamental manufacturing defect. Very poor quality control from the manufacturer. I would strongly advise others to avoid this product and look for a more reliable alternative.
