Review: Useful extension wand that works well with the Spear & Jackson sprayer - I bought this to complement my Spear & Jackson 5L pressure sprayer and it’s been a really useful addition. It fits perfectly and makes it much easier to reach awkward areas without having to bend or stretch too much. The build quality feels good and it works exactly as intended. It’s a simple accessory, but it adds a lot of convenience when spraying larger areas or reaching edges. For the price, the value for money is very good and it feels like something that will last. A worthwhile add-on if you already own the sprayer.
Review: A little bit leaky, but still a good replacement - A replacement wand for an 8 litre garden sprayer. I was using it to wash and rinse my car whilst the hosepipe was on, but as the water situation has got worse, so I've stopped using it altogether. In use though, it fitted neatly onto the existing pipe and has a similar on off mechanism to the plastic one I was replacing, making it easy to use. Despite tightening everything up it does leak a bit from around the handle. I will see it packing it with ptfe tape helps next time. I love the ability to extend this wand to reach across the top of the car and the spray nozzle if much more effective than the original. It is easy to adjust in length and spray pattern. Overall quality is good with knurled fittings to make it easy to use.

**Q: Can I use this to replace a broken /lost wand? Does it come with the attachment that will connect to the trigger assembly on the sprayer hose?**
A: It comes with trigger and wand and the connections my wand was broken and I just used the wand it's self. It was identical as the other but just a different colour. The wand comes with an extension that is a positive as you don't have to bend over when spraying.

**Q: Will this fit other sprayers**
A: Yes - but only if the pipe and fittings they use is no bigger than 8mm diameter. Thats the most common size with most of these garden sprayers but some of the bigger ones (car wash type) etc use a thicker diameter tube/lance.

**Q: Will this extendable wand fit a s&j 15lpaps 15 litre back pack sprayer?**
A: I think the wands for spear and Jackson sprayers will have standardised fittings. Hope this helps you.

**Q: Does it fit normal garden hose**
A: Unfortunately, no.  It is designed only to fit the pressure sprayer.  It is far too small to connect to any hose.

I bought this to complement my Spear & Jackson 5L pressure sprayer and it’s been a really useful addition. It fits perfectly and makes it much easier to reach awkward areas without having to bend or stretch too much. The build quality feels good and it works exactly as intended. It’s a simple accessory, but it adds a lot of convenience when spraying larger areas or reaching edges. For the price, the value for money is very good and it feels like something that will last. A worthwhile add-on if you already own the sprayer.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Impressive

I recently bought a S&J 5 litre kit (pleased with it, great value) but have always liked a long lance for ground weed killer application. Having now used the long lance I am pleased with my purchase. It really does the job and is a better all round quality than the major hose brand, albeit that the lance is a little 'wobbly' if you fully extend it - I pushed it back in a little but still had a long reach to ground. The best thing for me though, and this also applies to the short lance, is that when you release the control button the water flow stops virtually immediately! No wastage or drips and no trapped water anywhere. Result.
