A must have *by M***E on 6 September 2024* I run, I have good kit including my tops, but I also sweat and no matter how good the top, at some point the nipple rub will happen for me. This results in days of pain! These really work for me, I need to make sure there's no hair in the way and slap it on the old nipples. Sometimes I miss and they're off centre but it makes no difference, they work.
