It may look small on first glance, but it truly holds 14 ounces of food (a little under a pound of food). I use these to for make ahead freezer meals (beef stew, shepherd's pie) and have found them perfect for my needs. They are about 4 inches by 5 inches and 1.75 inches tall. If you are not a big eater or looking for lunch size portions, this is for you.
