Tarps are one of those items that have really crept up in price at the local big-box stores, and comparable ones near me were more than double the cost. My first impression of this CARTMAN tarp is very good. The material feels like a legitimate 8 mil thickness and not the thin, paper-like material I’ve seen on some other tarps that were advertised as 8 mil. The eyelets also appear to be secured well and the overall construction feels solid. I haven’t had it out in the sun long enough yet to judge long-term UV durability, so I’ll update the review if that changes over time. For now, though, the initial quality for the price is excellent. If you need a basic multipurpose tarp without paying box-store prices, this is a great value
