Review: Yummy & Great Energy Boost - I bought these energy drinks because they have a very clean report on the Yuka app (app for seeing how clean or toxic the additives are in food, drinks, and household products). They taste amazing, and when on sale, they are great value as well. I don't feel any jitters when I drink them, but I do consume upwards of 200mg of caffeine per day, so I do have a tolerance. I did not have any digestive issues when drinking them, but my fiancé had one and it caused him a lot of stomach issues. Thinking his stomach issues may have been food related, he tried another one a few days later and it happened again. We both think that these drinks don't sit well with his stomach, so if you are sensitive to certain sweeteners, I'd pay attention to the ingredient label. Overall, I'd say these drinks are very effective in giving me an energy boost during the day, and I love that they add biotin and have only 5 calories (compared to a Starbucks latte, these are awesome because I need to fit into a wedding dress soon!).
Review: A healthier option - I’m not a nutritionist, but nutrition is important to me. I eat well and hate junk. I was very against energy drinks until I found this. It uses healthier ingredients so you don’t get a sugar crash at the end like many other energy products. Additionally, I find the taste to be very pleasing and enjoyable. It’s the perfect amount of product to give you enough of a push to make it through what you need. I typically drink them before/after a workout, or for my long drive home from the office. Because of the green tea and natural ingredients, it has never made my stomach upset drinking it, and there is no teeth-rotting smell when you crack the can open like a Monster or Red Bull. I get enough of an energy boost out of these to be fully functional and focused, and there’s no “buzz” feeling either. Since I have been using these I have gotten several friends to switch from their popular energy drink to these. I actually found these through a health app that rates foods so I know what I eat is good and without harmful chemicals. This same app recommended Gorgie as a ‘healthier’ energy supplement. I have these now on subscription and they are fantastic.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do these taste the same as the Gorgie cans?**
A: Core ingredients and flavors are the same as our cans, but the taste can be slightly different due to the powder format and absence of carbonation. Wanting a similar experience? Mix the sticks with sparkling water! Many people love this combo.

**Q: How much water should I use?**
A: Each stick is meant for 12oz of water. Using a standard 16.9oz bottle will dilute the flavor, so for best taste, use a 3/4 of a bottle. You can also adjust to your preference: Less water = stronger flavor. More water = lighter flavor.

**Q: Is this a tea or an energy drink?**
A: GORGIE is an energy drink mix powder, not a brewed tea. However, these contain 150mg of caffeine sourced from green tea extract, combined with B vitamins, biotin, and L-theanine for a smooth boost.

**Q: Why don't I feel any big boost from these?**
A: We combine green tea caffeine + L-theanine to provide a smooth, sustained feel-good energy rather than an invasive spike. If you're accustomed to higher-spikes, the effect may feel more subtle.

**Q: Besides energy, what other health benefits does this drink offer?**
A: GORGIE is formulated with "better-for-you" approach to support overall wellness. Each can is infused with Biotin to support hair, skin, and nails, as well as Vitamins B6 & B12.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love Gorgie!
*by B***Z on May 14, 2024*

I love my Gorgie energy drinks! I don’t get the jitters, they are free form all the junk in normal energy drinks and they are only 5 calories!! I was sad that all of one of the flavors were pretty banged up and a few undrinkable, but I think it happened in shipping/delivery from the truck.
